Hi, new here. Was searching for LJ communities and stumbled on this one. Looks interesting!

A bit about me. I am a middle eastern dancer/instructor, I am happily married with one dog and two cats. I have worked in multiple capacities for the Tennessee Renaissance Festival for almost 8 years. I am not exactly an artist, but I really enjoying sketching/drawing. I am also a costumer, and will soon be a chef-in-training. I am also LDS. Thats me in a nutshell.

I have no thought provoking tidbit at the moment, but I do have general info!

Final details for the Tennessee Renaissance Festival Auditions have arrived! I have attached an e-mail from Ginger, the Assistant Entertainment Director, with details if you are interested. The cast has interest typically more varied than this communities interest list. It is hard work, but a great way to have fun and meet people.

Tennessee Renaissance Festival
Audition Notice
Date: March 6th & 7th, 2004
Time: 11:00AM - 4:00PM
Location: The Factory
230 Franklin Rd
Suite-810 Building 8
(This is the future location for the festival owner's 2nd Photography Studio.)

Requirements:
2 - one minute long monologues of contrasting nature.
an actor's resume', if you have any acting experience.
a non-returnable head shot (a photo of you, alone, in
which we can clearly see your face)
If auditioning to be a faerie, or part of the dance troupe,
come dressed to move!
We have a cast minimum age of 16. If under 18, please try to have a
parent or legal guardian with you as there will be paperwork.
Some things to bring with you to move along this paperwork:
Medical info, i.e. your doctor and his/her contact numbers.
Health insurance info. Medications you take, and a brief health history.
Contact names and numbers of those we will need to get in touch with
in an emergency. For the contracts we also need your
Social Security Number and your Driver's License number (if applicable)

We may have improv and casting call backs, plan accordingly!

If you have ideas of characters/names/occupations. Bring them with
you.....We will be moving fast once we cast!

I am 100% sure not everyone who wants this notice will
receive it via email. Please help us spread the word!
